Cara Sieve is a licensed Ohio real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty, specializing in first-time buyers, move-up buyers, and sellers throughout Central Ohio. Real estate isn't a career Cara found later in life—it's one she grew up inside of, watching her father, grandfather, and uncle build their livelihoods around helping people find their way home. As a kid, she'd play "realestator" and give tours of her own house to anyone who'd listen. So when she earned her license right out of college, it felt less like a new beginning and more like stepping into a role she'd been rehearsing for years.
Having lived in Central Ohio her entire life, Cara knows the rhythm of neighborhoods like Italian Village, Victorian Village, Grandview, Upper Arlington, Westerville, and Lewis Center—not from a listing sheet, but from actually living in and around them. Her marketing background sharpens how she presents and positions homes, while her hands-on experience with renovations and a trusted network of contractors means she can help buyers see potential and sellers maximize it.
