Having a deep understanding of the inner workings of homes can give you a significant advantage in the real estate industry. It allows you to assess properties more accurately, anticipate potential issues and effectively communicate with clients about the details of the property.

Allow me to explain how I have this advantage!

My journey began over 20 years ago when I established my own cleaning business. Initially focusing on cleaning, organizing and decluttering homes, I later diversified into painting and small maintenance tasks. About a decade ago, I collaborated with a few realtor friends to ensure homes were market-ready, showcasing my meticulous attention to detail. My favorite part has always been seeing the clients reactions and knowing that I’ve contributed to both the beauty and the swift sale of their homes!

Why become a realtor?

I’ve developed a deep understanding of what makes a property attractive to buyers. The knowledge I have gained has fueled my enthusiasm for real estate, driving me to want personally guide clients through their journey of buying and selling their homes
