Catherine Scanland's real estate background stems from a long line of family members in the residential real estate business. Born and raised in Palo Alto, Catherine earned her California real estate license in 1996. She worked with the top producing team on the Peninsula and then with a developer in San Francisco. Her experience selling in Silicon Valley taught her how to handle the most complex real estate transactions with savvy buyers and sellers.

Catherine moved with her family to Bend in 2007 to enjoy the Central Oregon lifestyle. Licensed in the State of Oregon since 2012, she and her business partner, Kristi Kaufman, have been consistent top producers since 2014 and are the #1 team in the Pacific Northwest for the past 3 years and counting for Coldwell Banker Bain. Catherine is a member of the International President's Elite for their company and is a Certified Luxury Specialist.
