Carrie Chapman

I am a lifelong resident of Lancaster County, where I grew up and where my husband and I are now raising our two boys. Our family loves enjoying everything this beautiful area has to offer—especially walking our dog along the Susquehanna River Rail Trail. When we’re not exploring the Lancaster countryside, we enjoy traveling and spending time in northern Pennsylvania riding four-wheelers or cruising in our Jeep.

Before becoming a Realtor®, I held a variety of administrative roles, but never felt truly fulfilled. From a young age, I was drawn to homes and real estate, and in 2017 I finally decided to pursue my real estate license—one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I genuinely love what I do, and it’s incredibly rewarding to guide clients through their home buying, selling, and investing journeys.

To better serve my clients, I have earned several professional designations, including Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP). I am proud to have helped clients across Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York counties.

I currently serve as a Team Lead for The Weiler Chapman Team. With three dedicated agents, our team provides exceptional service, expanded availability, and a collaborative approach that benefits every client. We are honored to be recognized as a top‑producing team in our office and look forward to continued growth and success.

To further support clients throughout their transactions, I also hold a Notary Public commission. In addition, I am an active member of the Elizabethtown Area Chamber of Commerce and volunteer with Elizabethtown Community Housing & Outreach Services (ECHOS) on their fund development committee.
