Dave Smolizer is a true leader in the Central Pennsylvania Real Estate industry, Smolizer began his local Real Estate career in 1978. A recipient of numerous achievement awards from both the Harrisburg and Pennsylvania State Realtor associations including Realtor of the Year & the PAR Excellence award, Smolizer is well-known as a strong leader and innovator in his chosen field.

 He is consistently in the top 5%-10% of all the agents in the Harrisburg Real Estate market. "My clients are always my #1 priority" notes Smolizer. "I have extensive knowledge of each of the communities located in and around Central PA and I will work tirelessly on your behalf." His clients have included sales & listings of homes for parents, their children and even grandchildren.

Born and raised in the Harrisburg area, Smolizer is active in his community. He is current President of the  East Pennsboro Township Recreation Board. He is also the former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the West Shore YMCA for many years and sat on the board of Directors for the Upper Dauphin County brand of the YMCA. He also has volunteered on the Imagine He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from LaSalle University in Philadelphia as well as several professional Real Estate certifications:
