My introduction to Real Estate was long before I was an actual licensed professional. When I was a kid, my dad, Dale Stipe, got fed up working a sales job out in Philadelphia that didn't offer him room for growth in his career. SO, he decided to get into Real Estate. This new career was something he always wanted to do, but never felt like it was the right time. Well, it was the right time and I got a taste of what its like to help people with the most important purchase of their life, to be your own boss, to go and come as you please, and to be able to grow your business as much as you want.

I've always been a creative individual. My passion is music and I currently play in three different bands. Creativity is something that Real Estate has in common with art. You can do things to set yourself apart from other agents which my Dad and I are fanatical about with our team, "The Stipe Realty Team". I take photographs of all our listings, Dale leads virtual Buyers through our Viral Video Tours of our listings, and we hustle, hustle, hustle... With the internet, it is easy to forget that we are a people based business. It's easy to not communicate face to face or over a phone call, but those forms of communication are the most important!
