With 20+ years in adult learning and a marketing-focused BBA, I believe that continuous education and having a learner’s mindset is the key to career development; especially in an industry that’s ever evolving. Creative problem solving is one of the greatest skills you can have in this business and it’s a muscle that can be trained. Asking questions, sharing ideas, all while having some fun, is key. When I’m not in the office, I’m either on a trail with my husband, kayaking on the beautiful lakes in our area, or snuggling with my two cats while watching the Golden Girls.
