Cara Rodgers is a dedicated real estate agent proudly serving the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas, specializing in helping first-time homebuyers confidently navigate the journey to homeownership. As a lifelong native to the area and a recent first-time homebuyer herself, Cara understands the excitement, uncertainty, and important decisions that come with purchasing a home—and she’s committed to guiding her clients every step of the way.

Cara brings a fresh, motivated approach to real estate, backed by her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from La Roche University. Her background, combined with strong communication skills—including knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL)—allows her to connect with a diverse range of clients and ensure everyone feels informed, comfortable, and supported throughout the process.

Before transitioning into real estate, Cara spent several years working in education, supporting students with special needs and helping them build real-world job skills through the St. Anthony School Program, a nonprofit organization. This experience shaped her patient, solutions-focused mindset and strengthened her ability to advocate for others—qualities she now brings to every real estate transaction.

Known for being dependable, responsive, and results-driven, Cara is passionate about making the home buying experience smooth, informed, and as stress-free as possible. Whether you're buying your first home, growing into a new space, or simply exploring your options, Cara is ready to go to work for you.

Outside of real estate, Cara enjoys working out, building projects, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her family. She was married in 2024 and is enjoying being a mom to a baby girl and a loving puppy.
