Justin is a lifelong resident of the Mon Valley currently residing in the Belle Vernon Area school district. Justin is married to his wife Jennifer and together they have four children, Jacob, Bella, Lizzy, and Abby. When not spending time on work related tasks, Justin can be found spending time with his family particularly viewing high school athletics around the valley. Another past-time adored by Justin is spending time in his woodshop, building wonderful creations.  

A successful real estate transaction is based on building successful, trusting relationships. Since 1999, Justin has worked for several local post-secondary institutions particularly involving enrollment services. The opportunity to work with a prospective student is much like working with a buyer or seller. In both of these situations, a trusting relationship should be established, in doing so, a favorable resolution awaits the client. Twenty plus years of working with prospective students and colleagues alike has taught Justin the value of several important factors, which include the acts of ask, listen, and solve. An understanding of what is desired can only occur when meaningful questions are asked of the client. Secondly, and likely of more importance, is listening to the client. In combination with asking and listening to the client, the last is to solve; meaning finding the perfect home for you.
