Selling and Buying:

Selling and buying simultaneously is probably the most exciting but can be the trickiest! We will make this transition as easy as possibly for you and will tailor the process to meet your needs and timing.Honesty, trust and communication are the most important components to a realtor-client relationship. Buying or selling a home has been classified as one of the most stressful life events and we work diligently to keep this to a minimum and to create the most positive experience possible for our clients through constant communication.

Education and Training

I obtained my Pennsylvania real estate salesperson license in 2003 and became full time in 2004. Taking my continuing education very seriously, I began earning designations very early on by taking extra courses. I earned my Accredited Buyer Representative designation by taking courses designed specifically to assist and represent buyers, followed by the National Association of Realtors e-PRO course which provides specialized training for online marketing.

In 2010, I decided to take it a step further and go after my Associate Broker license. I completed the 240 hours of education in just a few months which included courses in finance, real estate law, office management, Seller Representative Specialist, Green real estate and more. As I was completing my broker courses I also earned my Seller Representative Specialist designation.

Immediately upon passing the broker exam, I had already set my sights on the next step, obtaining my broker license in the state of Delaware as well. I am continually looking for ways that I can better serve my clients by furthering my education in real estate.

Prior to real estate, I worked in restaurant management for several years which has given me the necessary background and tools to be able to provide my clients with individualized customer service, making each client feel as though they are my only client.

I also hold a degree in business administration which has contributed to a broad knowledge in marketing, economics, accounting, business and customer service skills.
