This beauty is rounding into shape. First we start with a wide street. I hate those narrow streets that make you feel like a sardine. From this beautiful room we enter the dinning room which is formal in size, oh I forgot to mention that the square footage of the home is just about 1200. Getting back to the dinning room, like the living room all the wall board has been replaced and the flooring is equally wooden. From the dinning room we enter the kitchen and what a functional beauty it is. The wooden cabinets take up an entire wall both base and overhead. The flooring is a magnificent ceramic tile with a built in dishwasher and garbage disposal. I hope you love to cook for there is an extra large four burner gas range for that purpose and on top a microwave for further fare. Did I forget the refrigerator/freezer to keep everything fresh and yummy. And if you get a little carried away during your cooking extravaganza, there is a washer and dryer to clean everything up. We're not through. We are just warming up. From the kitchen we can exit to the rear, fenced yard with a patio for grilling or chilling. Now we're getting a little fatigued, so let's take a nap on the second floor of your gorgeous house. There you will find three large bedrooms with spacious closets. Possibly you would like to take a shower first before napping. In the hallway is the most magnificent bathroom with imported Italian ceramic tile with a vanity sink. You have showered. You have climbed into your bed and while the rest of the world is dealing 100 degree temperature, you merely turn up the control on your central air. Good night.
