Kate Muckenhirn

Kate has been marketing and selling real estate in Philadelphia since 2008. 

Her unique knowledge base was developed during her tenure at a national property management firm, where she oversaw all design and branding aspects of a 10,000 unit national real estate portfolio. Kate's experience includes developing and implementing cost effective marketing strategies for commercial properties while staying on top of the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape. She has also led large-scale architectural, interior design, and wayfinding projects across the country. She is experienced in both new construction lease-ups and value-add investments in mixed-use and all classes of multi-family. 

At 25, she purchased her first investment property, a duplex - and she now invests in, develops, and manages small multifamily apartment buildings in Philadelphia suburbs. Kate is extremely creative and passionate about every aspect of real estate from design and construction to branding and marketing and brings confidence and a solutions-oriented approach to every client’s project to deliver the best service possible.
