I do this by ensuring they are ready for what comes next and are never rushed or taken by surprise during the transaction. When I purchased my first home, I was nervous and did not know what to expect, I made it a personal goal to never have a client who feels that way. When selling your home, it’s important as an Agent to understand that this is not just another property being listed. Your home is where your heart and soul are, most importantly in most cases it’s your biggest investment. Ensuring you get the most out of your home is imperative to any seller. Owning and operating a home staging company for 5+ years, I can assist in making sure your home stands out and makes an impression when it’s time to list.
