Susan "Suzy" Lugones

Suzy Lugones is a dedicated and client-focused real estate professional!  With deep roots in the Reading area, Susan is a proud graduate of Reading High School and furthered her education at Reading Area Community College (RACC) and Berks Technical Institute (BTI).

Before transitioning into real estate, Susan built a strong professional foundation in the healthcare industry—an experience that shaped her compassionate, detail-oriented approach and commitment to serving others. Today, she brings that same level of care, integrity, and professionalism to every real estate transaction, helping clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Suzy is an active member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®, and the Reading-Berks Association of Realtors®, ensuring she stays current with industry standards and market trends to better serve her clients.

Outside of real estate, Suzy values time with family and community. She is a proud parent of two children and a beloved dog she fondly calls her “third child.” In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, exploring nature, visiting botanical gardens, and volunteering in youth ministries.

As a resident of Muhlenberg Township, She has a strong connection to the local community and a genuine passion for helping individuals and families find a place to call home.
