Holly Swan

Holly Swan brings a passion for helping others to her Real Estate career. Originally from Orange Park, Florida, Holly graduated from Florida State University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She met her husband Jim (originally from Columbia, SC and a Clemson grad) while working in Public Accounting.

When Holly’s focus shifted to raising their three daughters, she stayed involved in her community by building a business and attaining a leadership role in Direct Marketing sales for a large national company.  Holly’s ease of working with people, coupled with her background in accounting and direct marketing and her experience with many personal relocations, have contributed to her success since becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2017.

After nearly 40 years in public accounting and corporate financial management, Jim retired in 2020 and joined Holly in this venture, bringing additional financial analysis and business and contract negotiation skills to the table.

Together, Holly and Jim are a great team.  They prioritize spending time with family, especially their three grown daughters and spoiled animals, as well as traveling, boating on Lake Murray and visiting the South Carolina Coast.
