Jimmy is President of Builder Services Division of Coldwell Banker . His involvement in the real estate industry has spanned more than 30 years. His active participation with local, state and national organizations has placed him in numerous leadership positions through the years.

He holds his Broker, CRB and ABR designations and has been voted REALTOR of the year, in addition to receiving the President's Excellence Award from the Greater Columbia Association of REALTORS.

Jimmy is a licensed Auctioneer, conducting real estate and charity auctions throughout the Midlands area.

* Recipient of Meritorious Service Award, Greater Columbia Association of REALTORS.

* Recipient of the Robby Benson Distinguished Service to Children Award, presented by the Children's Hospital and the Dept. of Pediatrics, USC School of Medicine
