I have purchased homes during market downtimes and dealt with bank owned foreclosed properties, fought for purchases when competition was high, used 1031 exchanges to buy and sell investment properties as well as bought and sold properties traditionally. Prior to entering the real estate industry, I was Director of Marketing for over 12 years with a focus on branding, advertising and sales marketing. Understanding my clients and their unique needs, made my passion for customizing the sales approach my main priority and drove my client’s success.
