call home. I come from a family of entrepreneurs and understand firsthand the value of discipline,
strategy, and strong negotiation.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Moore School of Business at the
University of South Carolina, followed by a Master of Science in Industrial & Organizational Psychology
(MSIOP). This unique combination gives my clients a distinct advantage. My business background
allows me to evaluate market trends, pricing strategy, and investment potential with precision, while my
graduate training in psychology equips me to navigate negotiations, manage complex personalities,
and guide clients confidently through high-stress decisions.
Before transitioning fully into real estate, I worked in banking and mortgage underwriting, where I
gained in-depth knowledge of the financial and structural components behind every home purchase.
Understanding the back end of transactions allows me to anticipate issues before they arise and
structure deals that close smoothly.
I am a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and specialize in serving military families
worldwide. I am also a Global Luxury Certified Agent and an International Diamond Society recipient for
the past six years. Licensed in both South Carolina and North Carolina, I provide knowledgeable,
up-to-date guidance across state lines.
When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, serving in my church, volunteering with youth organizations,
and spending time with my family — my son Logan, now 24, and my twins, now 28. Supporting their
athletic journeys over the years has strengthened my appreciation for dedication, teamwork, and
long-term planning — principles I bring into every client relationship.
With 19 years of experience in buying, selling, and probating complex estates, I bring clarity, discretion,
