Sheila McCaskill

I was born and raised in Springdale (West Columbia), South Carolina, in a loving Christian home that instilled in me the values of faith, family, and hard work. I graduated from Airport High School in 1982 and went on to attend the University of South Carolina, where I earned both an Associate’s degree in Merchandising and a Bachelor’s degree in Business in 1986.

After marrying my wonderful husband, we made our home in Gilbert, South Carolina, where we raised our two sons. Today, we are proud grandparents to four beautiful grandchildren who bring us so much joy. We remain deeply connected to our roots and are active members of Green Hill Baptist Church in West Columbia, where we cherish time spent with family, friends, and our church community.

Before beginning my real estate career, I spent 17 successful years in the insurance industry, developing strong skills in client service, attention to detail, and relationship building. In 2006, I chose to follow my true passion—real estate—and it has been one of the most rewarding decisions of my life.
