Raised in a South Louisiana family immersed in law, real estate, and a wide range of entrepreneurial ventures, Mandy learned early that exceptional real estate is built on discernment, discipline, and precision. Her father’s dual career as an attorney and developer—including hotel projects—provided early exposure to the legal and development aspects of property, while her mother, a museum curator and events coordinator, nurtured her eye for design, detail, and aesthetics through historic restorations and high-profile events.

Mandy began her professional journey in Louisiana, earning a Bachelor’s Degree from Louisiana State University and completing the Certified Paralegal Studies program. While working as a paralegal supporting attorneys on asbestos and mesothelioma cases across New Orleans, Dallas, and Charleston, she took a real estate law class that sparked her interest in real estate. She decided to transition into real estate sales, managing both her legal work and real estate pursuits simultaneously, dedicating evenings and weekends to growing her business.

After relocating to Charleston, Mandy was drawn to the city’s vibrant historic downtown, reminiscent of New Orleans, and its serene coastal waterways, echoing the charm of summers spent in Chatham, Cape Cod. This unique combination of culture, history, and coastal lifestyle made Charleston the perfect place to raise her sons and continue growing her real estate business. During this time, she also expanded her professional experience into pharmaceuticals and medical device sales, specializing in pain management and managing a broad, multi-regional territory across South Carolina. This role provided both opportunity and income while she continued to cultivate her real estate business, building meaningful relationships with clients and investors and gaining valuable experience balancing multiple demanding responsibilities with skill and care.

Today, Mandy guides clients through every stage of real estate—from starter homes to luxury estates, high-end renovations, and new construction—while also assisting with relocations, growing families, and major life transitions. She partners closely with clients on design, layout, and finishes to ensure every property aligns with both lifestyle needs and smart investment goals. She cherishes time with her large Louisiana family—one of six siblings—where she enjoys cooking traditional Louisiana dishes. She has long embraced skiing, a passion from childhood, often escaping New Orleans during Mardi Gras to hit the slopes. Outside her professional life, she enjoys traveling, swimming, tennis, exploring Charleston’s hidden gems with friends, and meeting new people—a passion that continually enriches her personal and professional life. Rarely without her French bulldog, Caspian Blue, she values meaningful connection, balance, and service. Mandy also volunteers with the Lymphoma Society in support of her sister’s cancer journey and actively supports the Tourette Association of America, inspired by her youngest son’s mission.
