A resident of the Charleston area for more than 20 years, Ann Wood has come to know the Lowcountry, its beautiful beaches, waterways, and historic downtown streets as home. Originally from Canton, Ohio, Ann moved to the Charleston area shortly after graduating from Kenyon College where she earned a degree in Chemistry. Ann has lived and worked all over the Charleston area, including Downtown Charleston, Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms, North Charleston, Mt. Pleasant and West Ashley, and therefore, Ann has a keen understanding of what each of these areas has to offer.

As a mother of three active children and a wife of 20 years, Ann leads a very busy life which involves helping her clients buy or sell their next home or investment property as well as the activities of her three children.
