Her goal is to get your home in its best shape, appealing to the ideal audience, which can help you get top dollar. Staging your home, making repairs or minor improvements, or simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home that sits and one that's sold quickly.

Cathy loves living in the lowcountry, where seasonal temperatures allow for tennis and golf all year long. Her passion for gardening and history have led her to docent for the Charleston Historical Foundation Festival of Houses and Gardens. She is the co-captain for the American Cancer Society's Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk, and a volunteer at Seacoast Church.
