Dan Delanty

Dan Delanty formed The Delanty Group with Coldwell Banker in 2019 and they have been breaking records and helping their clients achieve their goals ever since. With exceptional performance in the luxury home market, Dan has achieved Guild Member status with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Dan and his family moved to the Lowcountry in 2008. For 17 years, Dan led sales teams in television and digital advertising, helping local businesses grow by connecting them with their target audiences. Dan is a veteran real estate investor with over 23 years experience in the Carolinas, Georgia and Florida. He received a bachelors degree in Risk Management & Insurance from The University of Georgia. Dan is a founding member of Charleston Leaders and serves as a board member with HALOS, a nonprofit supporting kinship care families in the Lowcountry. He and Sydney have three sons and two Goldendoodles. Dan’s interests include travel, reading, running and red wine.
