Over 15 years ago, I fell in love with Charleston and the unique beauty of the Lowcountry —
from its marsh views and winding waterways to its rich culture and history. Having watched the
region grow firsthand, I bring a deep understanding of the area's evolving market.

My experience extends beyond land. Years spent boating and exploring the Lowcountry by sea
have given me a strong grasp of tides, waterfront access, and the character of Charleston’s
coastal communities — insight that’s invaluable for those seeking a life on the water.

As a father of three raising a family in Mount Pleasant, I understand the priorities that matter
most — from schools and sports to building meaningful community ties.

My foundation in real estate began early, working summers in my uncle’s construction company
where I learned to value quality craftsmanship. I also gained firsthand knowledge through
multiple personal transactions, guided by my aunt, a trusted broker who instilled in me the
importance of strong representation — a standard I bring to every client relationship.

After 20+ years as a corporate sales leader, I chose a more personal, purpose-driven path:
