Kendall Koste has led an impressive career as a real estate agent in her 12 years working in the industry. As part of the Katherine Cox + Co team, she was awarded a Realtor of Distinction in 2020. The team was also named “REAL Trends The Thousand” top U.S. Real Estate Agents in 2021. Kendall works hard to rank in the top 10% of the MLS since she has started her real estate career.

She graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Marketing. Upon graduation, Kendall worked a professional career in outside sales, but decided to pursue real estate in 2009 because of her desire to help others navigate their most expensive purchase. She finds joy in helping her clients' dreams come true and making the process as fun and seamless as possible.

Kendall first visited Charleston in the 7th grade on a field trip where she decided she wanted to one day call The Lowcountry her home. She has now lived in the area for 28 years and loves every part of our unique city. From the beaches, the restaurants, the people, and all that nature has to offer, Kendall feels blessed to live in such a beautiful place! When Kendall is not working, you can most likely find her shoe shopping at one of Charleston’s local boutiques. She also enjoys days spent on the water whether that’s in a boat, at the beach, or in the pool!
