With over 15 years as an active Realtor and former Broker in Charge, I’ve dedicated my career to helping clients build and protect their equity through smart homeownership decisions. I am known as a pricing expert and top-tier negotiation specialist, skills that have consistently helped my clients maximize value in every market cycle.

For many years, I’ve also had the privilege of teaching and mentoring real estate agents, sharing advanced pricing strategies, negotiation techniques, and market analysis to help them elevate their businesses and better serve their clients. On a personal note, I’m the proud parent of a wonderful son who works as a financial advisor after graduating from the University of South Carolina.
