Gina Leslie

Before joining Coldwell Banker, Gina Leslie built a successful real estate career in South Carolina, representing two of the nation's largest new construction home builders. Her extensive experience in new home sales has given her a deep understanding of the building process, community development and helping buyers find the perfect home for their lifestyle.

Originally from New York, Gina also sold real estate on the east end of Long Island, where she specialized in waterfront and equestrian properties throughout the beautiful North Fork region. Her passion for real estate is complemented by her lifelong love of horses. As an accomplished rider and sport horse breeder, Gina has a unique appreciation for horse properties and the lifestyle they offer.

Prior to her career in real estate, Gina served as a Senior Account Executive for Lancome and Maybelline Territory Manager for L'oreal Cosmetics, where she developed exceptional customer service, negotiating and relationship-building skills that continue to benefit her clients today. Outside of work Gina volunteered on the school board and board of trustees for the Mattituck yacht club. She and her family enjoyed spending weekends boating on the waters of Long Island.

Now residing in Charleston, South Carolina Gina is passionate about sharing her expertise in new construction and helping clients through the buying and selling process. Known for her personable and compassionate approach, Gina takes pride in providing outstanding service and consistently earning positive feedback for her commitment to professionalism, integrity and customer satisfaction.
