COLDWELL BANKER RESIDENTIAL BROKERAGE NAMES GRADY REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT OF CONNECTICUT EAST
DANBURY, Conn. -- Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., is pleased to announce that Brendan B. Grady has been appointed regional vice president of the company’s Connecticut East region. Reporting to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage President Joseph Valvano, Grady will be responsible for the oversight and productivity of the company’s 18 sales offices throughout Greater Hartford, the Eastern Shoreline and New Haven County.
Grady has extensive real estate experience and has held various leadership roles with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Prior to his new role, he was the company’s regional vice president overseeing nine offices throughout New Haven County for 10 years.
“Brendan is an accomplished real estate professional who has a strong track record of boosting the performance of sales offices. He is widely respected within the industry for his expertise and deep understanding of the local marketplace,” said Valvano. “I am confident that Brendan will greatly build and expand on the successes of this region.”
With 30 years of industry experience, Grady was hired as regional vice president of operations in 1998 by The DeWolfe Cos., a real estate company that was acquired by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2002. In that role, he was responsible for directing the operations of real estate offices in Connecticut, southern and western Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. Prior to that, Grady served as branch manager and later vice president of business development for an independently owned and operated real estate company.

Grady graduated from Boston College with Bachelor of Arts in economics. He has served as a director of the National Association of Realtors®, Connecticut Association of Realtors® and the Connecticut Multiple Listing Service.
A longtime resident of West Hartford, Grady has been an active supporter and participant of the company’s charitable foundation, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Foundation.
