Al Garcia is responsible for overseeing seven sales offices and approximately 675 affiliated sales associates throughout Essex and Passaic counties in New Jersey.
Al, a Kinnelon resident, has more than 20 years of leadership, managerial, and sales experience. He entered real estate as a sales associate in 2006, earning several awards in residential and commercial real estate over the next several years. Al was promoted to leadership in 2011 and has successfully managed numerous offices for Coldwell Banker Realty. He also owned and operated a private equity real estate investment and brokerage company in Edgewater.
Al served two highly decorated tours in the U.S. Army. His extensive leadership experience included numerous combat service tours as an Airborne Ranger Infantry officer. He holds bachelor’s degrees in social science and history from Thomas Edison State University in Trenton and is a distinguished Military Graduate from Seton Hall University in South Orange.
