Daniel oversees the operations of the 46 offices in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y. He is also the Director of the Coldwell Banker Success Academy Real Estate School as well as overseeing Coldwell Banker Realty CARES. He is a 30-year real estate veteran who began his career as a sales associate. Daniel joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2006 as a regional vice president.
He was formerly the executive vice president of Murphy Realty Preferred Homes in Rumson, New Jersey, which was acquired by Coldwell Banker Realty. During his 15-year tenure at Murphy, Daniel oversaw five offices and the sales production of 150 affiliated sales associates who closed more than $227 million in sales volume in 2005. He also managed the company’s day-to-day operations.
Daniel is a licensed broker in New Jersey and has earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute and Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers designations. He served as a director of the Monmouth County Association of REALTORS® for many years, and was a committee member for the New Jersey Association of REALTORS®. Daniel has volunteered his time as a member of the Red Bank planning board for the last 25 years. He serves as the chairperson for Coldwell Banker Cares, the philanthropic arm of Coldwell Banker Realty in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y.
