Jennifer Colamedici is responsible for overseeing 16 sales offices and approximately 1,700 affiliated sales associates throughout Bergen, Hudson, Morris, Passaic and Sussex counties in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York.
Jennifer is a proven leader and sales professional with more than 25 years of experience in real estate, sales and client management. She earned accolades for her 2016-2020 tenure as president and broker of record for RE/MAX Select Group, during which she oversaw 11 offices, guided the Westfield, N.J. office to rank #1 within the company, and was named Broker/Manager of the Year. Jennifer was responsible for growing sales volume more than 55% year-over-year. She was recognized as one of the Top 500 brokers in the nation by RISMedia and her efforts resulted in company honors in the prestigious Real Trends 500.
Jennifer was a top-producing sales associate with the Coldwell Banker Realty Westfield West office from 2013-2016, earning the NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award®. She previously was a successful top producer at Keller Williams Premier Properties in Summit and Westfield from 2009-2013, and worked as a corporate recruiter for Fortune 500 companies and area businesses at First Choice Personnel in Moutainside from 1996-2000. Jennifer is a Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Certified Negotiation Expert.
A Clark resident, Jennifer is dedicated to volunteerism and philanthropy in local communities, focused on helping children and empowering women. She is a 2017 Recipient of the Tribute to Women Boy Scout Award; served on the board of Hands and Voices, which benefits the deaf and hard-of-hearing community; volunteered as a parent representative and board member at Summit Speech School; and served as president of the Friends of New Jersey Festival Orchestra, managing highly successful fundraisers and home tours.
