Ken Morris was appointed regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Realty’s Connecticut West region in 2019. In this role, Morris is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and growth of 11 offices located in communities throughout Fairfield County.
Morris has more than 20 years of experience with Coldwell Banker Realty as a top-producing sales associate, branch manager, and regional vice president throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston, Texas regions. After quickly rising as a top-producing sales agent, he was appointed district manager in 2013, and was responsible for overseeing the operations of the company’s offices in Frisco, Irving, Dallas/Park Cities, Plano and Rockwall and managing the office in Lakewood/NE Dallas. In 2016, Morris was named regional vice president, overseeing the management of more than 700 affiliated sales associates across 17 offices in Coldwell Banker Realty’s Houston region.
Prior to his transition into a successful real estate career in 1992, Morris was vice president of lending with First National Bank in Dallas, where he acquired extensive knowledge of
mortgage practices.
He graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Finance degree.
Morris is a Texas native and has been very involved with many local charitable organizations, having served on multiple boards and helping to raise several millions of dollars in funds.
He currently resides in Connecticut with his partner Daniel and their three dogs Taylor, Lyla, and Gracie.
