In addition to her education and practice in Real Estate, Wendy is a small business owner focused on residential redevelopment in Central Texas; her great eye for detail and insider knowledge gives her clients an extra step on the competition. Her business experience gives her a strong understanding of real estate investment and strategy, types of properties, and potential for return on investment.
