Thynn Lim

Thynn Lim (သင်းသီရိစံ) is a Burmese-speaking REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty serving McKinney and the greater Dallas–Fort Worth area. Fluent in Burmese and English, she works with buyers, sellers, first-time homebuyers, and relocation clients throughout McKinney, Frisco, Allen, Plano, Prosper, Celina, Melissa, and surrounding North Texas communities.

Originally from Myanmar, Thynn has lived in San Francisco, Seattle, and Richmond, Virginia before making North Texas home. Having made several major moves herself, she understands the challenges of settling into a new city. She helps relocation clients look beyond the home itself and get to know the community around it — from neighborhoods and schools to commute times, local amenities, and the overall cost of owning a home in North Texas.

Before entering real estate, Thynn owned and operated a Bonchon Korean restaurant in Virginia for eight years. As a business owner, she worked closely with customers, employees, vendors, and people from many different backgrounds while managing details, solving problems, and keeping everything moving.

Today, Thynn lives in McKinney with her family and two young boys. She is actively involved in their elementary school, sports, and local activities, giving her firsthand knowledge of family life and communities throughout McKinney and North DFW.

For Burmese and Myanmar families, Thynn can explain the Texas home-buying process in Burmese, from pre-approval and home tours to offers, inspections, appraisal, and closing. Whether you’re looking for a Burmese-speaking Realtor in DFW, relocating to North Texas, buying your first home, considering new construction, or preparing to sell, Thynn is here to help make the process clear, comfortable, and easier to navigate.
