Buying our first home was great. The communication was awesome and I always know what was going on. And when we had questions while looking at homes she always was straight forward and answers that were always helpful. Even though our bank made somethings complicated, Shelley was always able to give us answersome or get the bank people moving. It was a delight and wonderful to work with Shelley.

Shelley was good to work with. She is really good at honing in to her client's individual needs and helping them from where they are at. I felt like she understood where we were coming from with having several small children and was patient with us. We appreciated her ability in working with various lenders and that we were able to find a great deal on our loan. She was always good at getting back to us in a timely manner and she didn't waste time. She was able to give good advice to us in our homebuying experience. We had bought a home before but not in this area and since then a lot of things had changed. She has a higher standard of professionalism than a lot of other realtors out there, which at times becomes a source of stress. Not every realtor has respect & professionalism for the other realtors they work with and their clients. All in all my spouse and I were both pleased with her service. She has a nice personality and is very knowledgeable about the homebuying experience. She was always on time too, I never had to wait for her. She was patient with us in our process, as were her lender whom we also worked with, and we were able to buy the house we wanted for a great deal.

Shelley made this whole process go amazing for us. She stayed on top of our bank and made sure everyone was keeping up with deadlines. She even got our close date moved up a week! She was super helpful and honest when looking through houses and considering options. She was really knowledgeable with the inspection report and helping us decide what to do with all the repairs mentioned. We loved her and would recommend her to anyone!

I highly recommend Shelley to anyone with Real Estate needs! Shelley was always AVALIABLE to work around my family's schedule so we could see homes at our convenience. Even if plans changed same day she was FLEXIBLE to make showings work. I also appreciate her FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL demeanor that made selling our home & buying another one enjoyable. She did a lot of research to find the right house for my family. She knows the market and always asked for feedback from each showing to better UNDERSTAND what was best for my family. She is also incredibly DETAIL ORIENTED & ORGANIZED. When we saw houses she had the MLS information printed out for us to review & keep a folder of. She continued following up with our lender, buyers agent, sellers agent, etc. to make sure everyone was on the same page. We were able to close on the sell of our condo & buy our house on the same day! I never had to worry through the contract process as Shelley would COMMUNICATE clearly on what the status of the inspections were & the timelines of when things were likely to happen. I could TRUST that she was handling it! I don't think a more enjoyable house selling & buying experience could have been had. 5 Stars for sure!!!

I feel so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Shelley. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. I would recommend her to everyone. She was on top of everything from the start, great attention to detail. She answered all of my questions the same day I asked them, and she assisted me through some difficult times and choices. Even when she was on vacation she stayed in contact with me and helped me. Shelley is extremely knowledgeable about regulations and requirements for purchasing properties including investment properties. Shelley had to keep contacting the seller's agent to get all of the information we needed for my purchase. She is dedicated to helping her clients, and makes sure everything is in place that needs to be to make the purchase go smoothly. She has great communication skills and made sure that I knew what I needed to know each step of the way. I started working with Shelley at the end of June. There were several problems with the properties that I was interested in. Shelley helped me through the decisions to cancel the contract on two of them. She also advocated for me when my earnest money was lost due to my lender making a mistake on their part. I was able to get that lost money credited on the home that I purchased, this was because of Shelley's persistence. If I find myself needing to buy or sell a home I will contact Shelley to be my agent. If I could give her 10 stars I would.
