Throughout my over 20 years in resort real estate, I've had the distinct pleasure of working with clients from all over the world: from investors to real estate developers, sales, and marketing property specialists. This experience aided me greatly, and I quickly learned how to listen to my clients' needs and desires in seeking out their next place to call home.

I love the Northwest! Having grown up on the Eastside, I have a sincere appreciation for this amazing place and I would love to show you all the potentials for making this wonderful location your home. From waterfront estates to mountainside cabins, the Eastside truly has it all.

I actively worked on sales launch teams for new construction, often being involved in the charrette, a service providing developers, architects, and their construction teams input for ultimate designs and properties that prospective buyers would love. Other aspects of my expertise include analysis that includes trends and training and guest speaker for real estate schools, actuaries, and several organizations. My experiences in Resort and Ski town sales from Winter Park, Steamboat, Vail, Summit County, Aspen and Telluride helped me organize and manage a diverse portfolio of buyers' needs and real estate trends.

For the past few years, I have predominantly focused on real estate in the greater Seattle area and bringing my catalog of knowledge to this region.
