She grew up in Blaine, where she developed a deep appreciation for the area’s natural beauty, from the serene waters of Birch Bay to the breathtaking mountain trails. During high school, she met her husband, Ryan, who is also a real estate agent and broker. Married since 2003, they have built a wonderful life together, raising three amazing children and enjoying all that the region has to offer.

Tiffany’s professional background includes eight years in the banking industry, where she honed her customer service skills, followed by five years in the healthcare sector assisting patients in a cardiology office. Her career path eventually led her to real estate, where she found her true passion. With 25 years of experience in various aspects of the industry, including investing, residential development, and sales, she brings a well-rounded perspective to every transaction. She has personally developed properties, renovated homes for resale, and built a strong understanding of the market from both an investor’s and a homeowner’s perspective.

As a full-time real estate agent, Tiffany has consistently ranked among the top in her field. She has been a member of the International Sterling Society for three years in a row and has sold over $5 million in real estate every year since joining Coldwell Banker.
