As a Hungarian native, I graduated from Sopron Culinary Arts School and worked on European Luxury Ships and Restaurants, i.e. the one Michelin star Jardin De Paris as an executive chef.

I spent a few years in the real estate field, completing mostly residential sales in downtown Budapest. Relocated to the United States in 2011 and exploring different cities and states ever since.

I proudly call myself a Washington resident, residing in downtown Mill Creek in 2023. Fell in love with the panoramic views of Washington State and the closeness of the picturesque British Columbia! There is so much to explore here, even for long-term WA residents!
