I have over 2 decades of experience as a REALTOR® in Puget Sound and extensive knowledge of Seattle and surrounding communities, including Mercer Island, Bainbridge Island, Sammamish, Bellevue, and Issaquah - as well as a local’s familiarity with all the things that make the Pacific Northwest the best place on Earth to live, work and play.

I am well-versed in all things waterfront, from slips and houseboats to high- and low-bank properties. In fact, I own a boat moored in Lake Union, so I understand the joys and challenges of being a homeowner with a love of boating. I also have extensive experience with condos.

More than anything, I am proud member of this community and love to give back. I have volunteered from the age of 16 at Youth Eastside Services and the Crisis Clinic as well as supported Habitat for Humanity and Dress for Success.
