A 39-year veteran of the real estate industry, Terry was licensed in 1985 and worked as a residential sales agent for Kamas Realty. She became an associate broker in 1988 and was their top listing and top selling agent. Terry joined Coldwell Banker Bain as a managing broker for their Capitol Hill office in November, 1988. Terry grew the office to twice its size and increased per person productivity with record closed sales volume in the almost 10 years she managed. Additionally, she hired and trained 3 company "rookies of the year." Terry returned to sales in 1997 with Coldwell Banker Bain and continued to achieve high productivity.
