Kerry Langer

Hello everyone! My name is Kerry Langer, and I’m happy to be a new member of the Coldwell Banker team.

Back in 1989 I began my real estate career with Century 21 Pearson in Bloomington, MN where I eventually became the office manager, and was able to earn my GRI designation. Seven years later, I obtained a Broker License and started Langer Realty up on the Iron Range. In 1998 I became a real estate appraiser, and in 2002 I started my real estate appraising company; Rivertown Appraisals, Inc. In my 40’s I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Computer IT Networking, and I’m also proud to be a Practicing Affiliate member of the Appraisal Institute where I plan to start working on my SRA designation. And now I’ve come full circle, a Realtor once more.

I’m grateful to have the support of my family: my fiancé Rich, my daughters Sarah and Amanda, my mother Martha, and the four grandkids, Alex, Ryker, Evie, and Kiera. Also, living with us is a collection of rescue cats, chickens, and four horses.

When not watching the housing market trends or spending time with family, I can be found outside gardening. It’s a good day when the sun is shining, and I can visit my honeybees between watering flowers and veggies. On those rainy days, I’m inside painting or rehabbing furniture to get those creative juices flowing.
