I am a 53+ year resident of the greater Phoenix area and a Fountain Hills resident since 1998.   I first started in Real Estate in 1974 and have been a Fountain Hills Realtor area since 2001. I am a member of Scottsdale Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors  I was the Fountain Hills RMS tour director for 2003 (I would set up the MLS tours for this area).

I participated in (buyer or listing side) over 61 transactions in 2024 season.

I have awards for Executive Club, 100% Club, “most knowledgeable agent” and “most helpful agent”.

I believe the relationship between a real estate agent and client should be open and honest with no game playing and no "attitudes". I won't take you to an overpriced home just to try to sell you the next priced at market value.  I won't "talk down" the home you want to list, rather point out the positive aspects of your property to make it the most appealing to prospective buyers.
