Orlando Jurado

Hello everyone! I'm Orlando Jurado and I moved to San Diego, California from Morristown, New Jersey.

I joined Coldwell Banker Realty/Mission Valley because of their well-known brand and their reputation for excellence.

In general San Diego to me is a great place to reside and raise a family. We have a great reputation for all levels of education as well. The atmosphere is vibrant, and the scenery is just a dream. The beaches from Ocean Beach to Oceanside are breath taking as well. I refer to our sunsets as "Picasso" paintings! There are a lot of fun activities to do with your family or friends at any giving moment.

Now as a realtor, for the selling or buying side. I believe listening and communication are vital skills to incorporate. Along with the tenacity to do whatever it takes to accomplish the goal. Discipline and Consistency are vital as well. Who wants a realtor that does nothing? Not me...

I graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Master in Sports Administration. Not to mention I served in the United States Army as well. What I took away from my studies and bootcamp is that hard work, discipline, consistency, communication, and listening are very crucial in both fields to become a productive citizen.
