Although I am a scientist by training (Ph.D., Caltech, '17), I have been deeply interested in Real Estate since I graduated from college.

I bought my first home, a condo in Southern California, in 2013 when I had a car loan, student debt, and no funds for downpayment and closing costs. I have purchased and renovated many more properties since then.
