John Biebl has been a dedicated Truckee resident since 1996, immersing himself in the local community as a Realtor since 1997. With a rich background as a former co-owner of "Second Home Care," a locally grown business, John boasts nearly 3 decades of profound insight into Truckee's dynamic economy and housing landscape. Originally hailing from Stillwater, MN, near the Twin Cities, John's upbringing in a small town imbued him with a profound appreciation for historical charm and vibrant tourism akin to Truckee's allure. After initially attending the University of MN-Duluth, John transferred to the University of Oregon, graduating in 1994 with a B.S. in Sociology and Geography. His adventurous spirit led him to explore the rugged terrains of Alaska, Utah, and New Zealand, where he discovered his passion for living amidst breathtaking landscapes and abundant outdoor recreation.

In 1996, John's journey brought him to Truckee, where visiting his college friend Jeremy Schneir sparked a serendipitous opportunity. Joining Jeremy's company, Second Home Care, Inc., John swiftly immersed himself in the Tahoe area's real estate realm, honing his expertise in home maintenance, new construction, developments, and regional growth. Committed to understanding his clients' aspirations, John ensures they are well informed about the nuances of owning a second home and the prevailing market trends. With a remarkable track record of selling over 1000 properties, enriched by his 28-year tenure as a Tahoe Donner resident, John's clients benefit from his unparalleled insights and commitment to their success.

In 2014, John started working with Anna Mcgee, forming a successful partnership.  John and Anna strive to exceed their clients' expectations by delivering concierge-level attention, innovative marketing, and unmatched community insight.
