Valerie Lewis Affiliates with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage
CHARLOTTE, NC (November 11, 2016) – Valerie Lewis has become an affiliated broker at the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Southpark office. An experienced broker with more than 17 years of industry experience, Lewis will transition from TradeStreet Realty, where she was owner and broker in charge.
According to Lewis, “I have had the pleasure of working with luxury buyers and sellers though the ups and downs of the real estate market for years, and I look forward to continuing that same quality service at Coldwell Banker.”
Over the past decade, Lewis has closed nearly $70 million in sales volume* among both residential and commercial properties. With the anticipated growth in Charlotte development, Lewis will particularly focus on new development projects in 2017.
A Previews Certified Agent, Lewis will specialize in luxury residential sales. Her expertise in luxury sales dating back to the start of her career has made Lewis passionate about connecting luxury buyers with their dream home.
Lewis is an active member of her community and has served on the Board of Advisors for the Charlotte Chamber of Economic Development and the Historic Landmark Commission. She is certified in the USA Cares Military Housing Education Program and mentors local high school students. Most recently, she led an effort to help homeowners who were affected by the recent hurricane in parts of Eastern Carolina.
