needs. Having grown up in Boulder and now living with her husband and raising her two children
in the mountain town of Conifer, Colorado, the “Colorado Lifestyle” has provided Jennifer with a
foundation for representing her clients well and delivering on their expectations. The
unprecedented beauty, outdoor recreational opportunities, and all the humanity that surrounds
Colorado and its communities is why Jennifer calls Colorado her home and why she wants it to be

Jennifer knows the greater Denver area, the foothills, mountain areas, and front range
communities well. She has a keen insight and perspective on Mountain Living residing in
Evergreen for 10 years and Conifer for the last 5 years. She is an expert resource on education
within these communities due to her tenure as a Professional educator for a total of 12 years and
within the Jefferson County K-6 school system. Jennifer’s background in education has provided
her with patience, attention to detail, and planning skills that are necessary to guide her clients
through the process of selling or buying a home. In addition to being organized and having
strong communication and interpersonal skills, teaching has also enhanced her negotiation
skills. And, being a mother of two beautiful children, the art of negotiation is practiced daily!

An outdoor recreational enthusiast, Jennifer knows the landscape and you may just find her on
the ski slopes carving up some Colorado powder, walking the family dogs, hiking a trail with
friends, or mountain biking through aspen meadows within the communities she
represents.
