Before getting into the real estate business, I managed large corporations and their finances, providing oversight sometimes from the ground up. In these positions, I developed organizational and leadership skills.

I have worked property management in both luxury, and affordable multifamily housing for more than 15 year and I was also a certified HUD Compliance Officer. This background gives me the ability to carefully watch the details of your real estate transaction from start to finish, and to ensure that it is done in a timely manner. Personal Background

I grew up on a ranch in Montana, and after meeting my husband in Missoula we moved to Utah. After residing in Park City, UT for several years we decided to move to Northern Colorado. Shortly after they arrived, Derek began working at Colorado State University at the newly renovated Lory Student Center. In my spare time I enjoys long hikes in the Rocky Mountains, baking, and playing with their Royal Standard Poodles, Ollie & Grayson.
