I first moved to Colorado in 1982 and attended Evergreen High School, just west of Denver. I've been a licensed Realtor in Northern Colorado since graduating from Colorado State University in 1991 with a degree in real estate. For most of that time, I have helped hundreds of military families with their move into and out of the area. I am also a member of the Fort Collins, Colorado and National Association of Realtors and have held the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) designations. Some of the awards I have received over the years include Coldwell Banker's Diamond Society (top 8% of the Coldwell Banker agents worldwide), Sterling Society and Newcomer of the Year.

I have a daughter, Morgan, who graduated from Colorado School of Mines in 2025 and currently works as a site engineer for Kraemer North America. I was on the board of the Fort Collins Running Cub for a decade, up until 2021, where we saw our membership grow from 100 to 1,000 members. I have also been President of the board for my subdivision HOA and involved with the local Jaycees prior to that, as well as a charitable organization that provided running shoes to needy kids in the area who otherwise couldn't afford them. I managed to qualify for and run in the New York and Boston marathons. However, that was a lifetime ago, so these days I simply run for fun. Whenever time permits, I enjoy playing golf, going on cruises and attending local concerts.

Being part of the National Association of Realtors, I have agreed to abide by the Fair Housing Declaration, which includes providing equal professional service without regard to the race, color, religion, gender, disability, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation or gender identity of any prospective client, customer, or of the residents of any community. I keep informed about fair housing law and practices, improving my clients' and customers' opportunities and my business. I develop advertising that indicates that everyone is welcome and no one is excluded, expanding my clients' and customers' opportunities to see, buy, or lease property. I inform my clients and customers about their rights and responsibilities under the fair housing laws by providing brochures and other information. I document my efforts to provide professional service, which will assist me in becoming a more responsive and successful Realtor. I refuse to tolerate non-compliance. I learn about those who are different from me, and celebrate those differences. I take a positive approach to fair housing practices and aspire to follow the spirit, as as the letter, of the law. Finally, I develop and implement fair housing practices for my company to carry out the spirit of this declaration.
