I began my real estate career in 2004 when I joined a development company that primarily outfitted single tenant retailers. Seeking a more inclusive spectrum of real estate opportunities, I then transitioned to the brokerage side of the business. I have sold large commercial properties, such as the Tanger Outlets in Westbrook for $40M, a shopping plaza in Cheshire for $12.6M and multiple Starbucks. I also handle commercial leases for everything from local industrial/warehouse space to retail tenants such as the Goodwill Store, multiple Big Y stores, fitness and daycare centers. I have a niche for finding solutions for investors, often with the sale or purchase of an off-market property.

I created a team in 2022 with the idea that Realtors with complimentory skill sets can come together to handle a variety of real estate transactions. We work together guided by the motto of 1+1=3 and continue to sustain our deal flow while the market is changing.

Currently, I live in Stratford with my wife Brittney and 6 kids, YES 6!
